I'll be in Milan for a month in September, and again in January for a few weeks. Can someone let me know what conditions are like for jumping ITW at these times? I'm imagining September will be fine, though not sure about the Jan trip?

conditons are great at both times. there is a daily wind, so find out from the locals before you jump. jumping in January is no problem and can be very calm.

just show up at bar zebrata, stare at the pretty ladies, and wait for a ride.
