Has anyone gotten any more specific info other than what is on the blog? Id like to go this year and want to get tickets but havent been able to get in contact with the event organizers.

nope, i bought my tickets through cathay pacific airlines. You can cancel the tickets for $100 penatly. So i booked mine a while ago. I would look at the international airlines. they have much more flexibilty than US airline i find. I am flying sept 25 to oct 10.

www.kltower jump.com was mostly focused on the event from 2005 to 2007.

Since Menera KL fully organising the event themselves now they have their own website or blog elsewhere. With Menara KL now under new management their event was cut back to just KL Tower and Alor Setar Tower this year. I am sure they will eventually figure out what they are doing and release final details soon, as stated in one of the posts above.

Sibu BASE Jump 2010 is currently planned to take place from 14th to 17th October after the KL Tower event. We won’t have final conformation and full details about this event until the end of this month when we have our final meeting with the local government there.
