I live in Malta. I'm a skydiver but not a base jumper so can't really help you there but I can perhaps share some local knowledge.

are you organizing base jumps on your honeymoon??? you know this is not allowed

Yes it is we had some honeymooners jumping here in SA, they were both BASE jumpers.
