make your call and be prepared to deal with the consequences.
it starts with choosing a solid instructor. communication is key. the experienced jumper might be skilled, but they and the student do not click. or the experienced jumper may be weak.
there is no organization out there to protect students. each individual jumper must develop judgment on whether or not to jump. start with choosing the right instructor for YOU.

as for the specific individual, I do not know them. I have zero opinion.
anonymous criticism can reflect poorly on either party. you may be doing yourself a disservice.
if you make a bad call, do a jump beyond your skill level, and end up in the hospital, will you complain about the object, or your decision? is it any different here?
