I'd rather procrastinate till mid summer. Planning so far ahead is very bad to your image as a parachute jumper. Be less predictable !

Im stranded on a desert Island you damn russian. There is no BASE and all I can do is plan my BASE trips to pass the time. Im still waiting on the canopy pics to send you.

Hotel rooms in Canon City are very inexpensive, at least they were at GFG 2007. I think I paid less than $30 a night including taxes. Wifi was included as well as a continental breakfast iirc.

im finding 59 a night at the Super 8 as the cheapest. But that still a good rate.

I stayed at a motel actually that was not part of a chain. There were several motels of this sort, all very reasonably priced. I was going to camp, but it was worth the extra few bucks for a motel. Personally I wouldn't even bother booking something in advance.
