I think the Incidents forum should be in a different and more prominent location. I've accidentally clicked on it when trying to click either beginners or hangout forums.

It should be separated into a unique area like how the hangout (hangover) forum is.

Definitely a possibility.

Any others support this idea or are against the idea?

To be honest I have never really had a problem with it, if you change it are you able to revert to the old format if the change is worse than the current layout?
