I'm new to the board and just wanted to say hello. I'm far from becoming a BASE-Jumper, i'm just having my AFF this summer. But i happen to be around LB in june and i think i'll have my camera with me to maybe catch someone jumping. So my question: Do basejumpers sometimes mind someone from outside the scene taking pictures? (i'm not going to spread picturs over internet, i just like taking pictures. my photos are not nearly as good as avenfoto's though)

In the Valley, you shouldn't have any problems - especially if you offer to share your snaps. Just hang around the Horner and ask people if they mind you going with them.

there are plenty of amazing images to be had in the valley.
bring your climibng gear (and knowhow) and a good attitude, and youll have the time of your life.

if youre shooting commerically, or with the intent of selling those images down the road, bring model releases, and be totally forthcoming with your subjects.

thanks for tips i'll see what i can do. i won't be selling any images i shoot. it's just for taking pictures. but if i'll manage to make some presentable pics i'll give them to the jumpers for sure.
