I’m travelling with my family from Charleston South Carolina to Twin Falls on Memorial weekend to video tape jumps, people, flora, and fauna of the area, sport, and event. My intent is to produce a documentary about the people who jump from the Perrine Bridge, the local people who are indirectly involved, and the “trappings” of the Twin Falls area. I do not want to portray base jumpers as criminals, deviants, or miscreants. I simply find this subject to intriguing to ignore. Anyone who might be interested in contributing facts, opinions, or feelings about the sport, event, or area either on or off camera please contact me privately. I’m a career military videographer and am funding this entirely on my own. We’re doing this as our first family produced project. I honestly don’t even know what I’m going to do with this if I can even pull it off. The goal at present is to learn, meet some cool people, and shoot something amazing.

go, stand under the south side of the bridge, plenty of people to talk to that weekend. and plenty of people wanting to talk to you. i'd be shocked if you could portray base jumpers as criminals at TF lol. if you could i'd be impressed.

which combat camera you work for? Im a former Marine Combat Video guy, I'll be in twin falls next week jumping.

I'm stationed at Charleston AFB assigned to the 1st Combat Camera Squadron. I've spent more time with the Army over the course of Operation Iraqi Freedom, but got exposure to some Marines in Fallujah during Phantom Fury while I was attached to 1st Cav. I hope to be retiring from the Air Force this fall or winter. This piece is purely experimental for us, but we do hope to employ what we learn in future productions.
