Of coarse it will happen over and over again. Giving money, no matter the amount, to a country with no fiscal responsibility and an attitude of entitlement will not fix the problem. I just hope that we will look at Greece and see our own crazy spending and huge since of entitlement.

How about the $1 trillion+ of MBS and debt from Fannie and Freddie? Didnt Fannie just request a further $8.4 billion in aid from the U.S. Treasury Department after reporting its 11th-straight quarterly loss?

Mac, don't even get me started on Fannie and Freddie. They are are beyond having issues to the point of BEING issues.

The reason I was so pissed about the auto bailout was because of the stance the UAW took. They knew they were going to get the money no matter what so instead of making concessions they gave America and it's taxpayers the finger and gladly accepted the money they couldn't have survived without.
