Re: [debaucherordrgz] Dirtaay Low
I have around 25 jumps between 105-150ft with a further 25+ jumps between 150-175ft all static lines/PCA's.
So take the following with a pinch of salt.
I have found a massive difference in canopy time between sub 125ft and sub 150ft.
That 25ft makes a lot of difference.
The video below is 108ft on a troll 265 and a Black Jack 260 both SL.

I will try to upload some jumps from around 120ft and 140ft later today for comparison.
I had 4.1 seconds from feet off to feet touching down, got toggles off and kind of flared.
Mac said next time he would just use rears, I would be happy to go for toggles again but any lower I would use rears.
I would also like to point out how critical it is to pop your toggles simultaneously, even the slightest delay in one side will create a turn and basically you will hook yourself in to the ground. I have seen it done and we finished up taking the jumper to A&E.
I missed a toggle on a 140ft jump and had no option but to use one toggle and one riser, you don't have time for a second attempt!
I also did 111ft with a troll 285 and had a significantly harder landing(compared to the one in the video), due to end cells not fully inflating. I got toggles off and landed pretty much the same time, limped away uninjured.
So if you have 2 different sized canopies I would recommend the smaller one every time.
One thing to remember, sub 140ft you are pretty much given a landing rather than choosing one. you have very little height or time to adjust heading etc, the upside of this is that if you do have a 180 you will only hit the object once and not bounce all the way down it.
