Salt Lake has ten fold the legal cliffs and they are safer and easier to access as well.

Colorado has a few semi legal cliffs with somewhat difficult logistics and safety issues.

Nothing really do-able in Colo, everything is more suited for speedflying or paragliding, nothing too vertical or overhung. We used to have some good stuff but calvin19 and deadmanwalking torched that shit, so now all the Colo jumpers have to roadtrip it west to the Beehive state which wouldn't be so bad, but their beer really sucks, on the other hand those LDS chicks (and their mothers) are much looser than here, so thats another reason to keep Utah in mind.

base jumping is illegal in colorado. it doesn't happen, and never will, def go to utah, deadman and cutter will show you everything.

also if you take I-70 across it's a long drive. swing by Aspen and Ted will hook you up with a nice comfortable couch to rest up on. He's also such an awesome host he even gives free pack jobs to visitors!

Other than and including the illegal cliffs here, most are sketchy low barely worth the effort jumps. With Utah so close, most of us just go there.
