planning a trip to switzerland next fall. Want to go in the valley and the Eiger. Any suggestions for the best airport or the best way to get there. We're from Canada

Switzerland's not that big. Go wherever you get the best deal on flights.

Yes, small country. Fly into either intl airport and get on a train (Station is in the airport) headed for Lauterbrunnen. Most everybody speaks english and/or french and you will not have a difficult time finding your way.
Once your in Lauterbrunnen you can buy a train pass at the station for however long you want to be jumping for. Make sure the pass includes the Grindelwald area and you should be all set. it's easy. too easy. be safe. have fun!
