I like reason.tv, and Reason Magazine is my favorite magazine. What I don't like about this video is how this guy wants to regulate and tax marijuana.

Taxing and regulating alcohol turned out
to be far superior to prohibition, right?

Ask anyone arrested for cannibis if they
would rather pay a tax or serve time.

It depends who you ask. Like the guy in the video said, lots of people profit through prohibition.

I don't care if they tax it or not. I think the government spending billions on chasing and prosecuting nonviolent drug users, while letting all adults drink and smoke, is more stupid than the NPS allowing people to climb big walls but not jump off of them.
