I have submitted my photo of Rami from bispen in Norway to a photo contest, where the first prize is a Canon 5D MarkII. If i make it all the way to #1 i can spend the money i WOULD be spending on a new camera, on travelling to different BASE spots to shoot more photos of you crazy bastards!

It looks like im currently amongst the top 15 photos out of a total of over 700 submissions!

Stunning picture. I'd seen it before, but not the full resolution. Beautiful shallow depth of field. Must have taken several attempts to get Rami in focus, or did he fly his line perfectly first time?

This was taken a few seconds after he buzzed the road! They normally have about 10 seconds of flying towards the other side of the valley before deploying. And since they are no longer moving past me, but away from me, its very easy to keep them in frame and shoot. So this is only one out of many shots.
