That is pretty fucking sick though. charging you money for walking the last bit to the top. Hell you already pay Admittance Fee for your ticket to Disneyland when you drive into the place just to be on 'Public Property' . So now you pay government twice for the privilege to walk ? that's Fucking SICK Shit.'

If anyone actually wants to just hike it, I recommend the night hike in the summer anyway, especially on a full moon, its bad ass, and you dont have to deal with someones 80 year old grandpa who thinks its a good idea to get on the trail. You see all the same stuff on the way down, and watching the sun rise from the top of HD is amazing. I really like that the article refers to people hiking the dome as "climbers".
