I'm trying to get ahold of the guys from Bombproof. Does anyone know how to reach them? I recently bought a used NEO in prefect condition. I would like to get a copy of the packing manuel and any other info that should have come with the rig.
If anyone has a copy of a NEO Manuel I would appreciate a copy.

I can't help, but out of curiosity - Why do you want a manual ? Or if you care to answer - what do you hope to find in the manual that is not common sense about four flaps ?

Nothing I just think it's prudent to know what the manufacturer has to offer regarding the gear that they make. I completely agree that it should ALWAYS be measured with common sense and experience.

Bombproof has been out of business for years. If your looking for parts or something, you're SOL. The owner, KM, said he is done.

I Knew he was out of business but I was hoping to get some info out of him and that some one knew how to get through to him. I was just looking for a packing manuel.

There is no packing manual for a NEO.

The rig packs up like any other base rig. Just inspect it like you would any other rig. If some reason, any parts need repair or replacement, then get them from any other rig manufacturer.
