gopro question
Just got a gopro hd. Ive noticed when playing back on my computer in 1080p that it skips alot. Doesnt do it on the tv. Just using quicktime for playback. I have a computer thats less than a year old also. Anyone have the same issues? Customer service at gopro has been no help at all.

Re: [Jake44] gopro question
It's your computer.

You have a slow processor that cannot keep up with the 1080P

Re: [Jake44] gopro question
Mine does the same on slower PC's. If you think yours should be fast enough, than you might want to check your power settings. Bumping up the juice seems to help. Tongue

Re: [grayhghost] gopro question
According to the paperwork I got with mine you need a 3.2 Ghz pentium 4 or faster (on a microsoft computer) for proper playback... 2 Ghz dual core on a mac...

download and try playback in this:

Make sure nothing else is open or running, especially Anti-Virus

Playback of high-def video is VERY processor intensive

good luck!
