Aerials
whats up,

i am new to the forms, and i have been looking for information about aerials. i know Dwaine Weston had an article but the link doesn't work anymore. i have a solid background of spring board and tower diving, so i just wanted to hear things i may not have thought of or things to look out for, while trying to link the 2 sports.

thanks much,
ian

Email me and I will reply with a copy of Dwain's Aerials PDF.

Would have attached it here but it is larger than 300k,
which is the max size for any attachment on the forms.

Seriously, if we could set up 3 diving boards in a descending order at BridgeDay and have a Trple Lindy contest. That would be some great video, or would someone just get killed?

Regardless of outcome, it would make great video.

One way is to route the static line up the back over the shoulder and dropped between the legs. Jump off doing a quick front flip and Viola~!!

That sounds super fun.
I heard about the static line back flip a couple of weeks ago, which is pretty much the same thing. I gotta give that a shotSmile
