Re: [SPAWNmaster] Norway Lights
It was all over the news here today. The story is that it was the Russians testing a ballistic missile type Bulava in the White Sea. The test did not go according to plan...

Re: [Han-Solo] Norway Lights
Just saw this on the new, crazy! very orderly circles and spirals, similar but not the same as northern lights (imho). Russian missile test gone wrong, maybe, but doubtful. Everyone put your tin foil hat on in 5,4,3,....Aliens!!!!

Agreed.

I guess you guys didn't know what you were talking about Tongue

...the Russian Ministry of Defence confirms that it was a failed Bulava missile launch that caused the strange spiral shaped lights over Northern Norway yesterday.

Re: [johenrik] Norway Lights
Well then, that is by far the most interesting fuck up that I have ever seen. When are they going to move the show to VegasLaugh

side note- The first time I went to Vegas in '01 I witnessed some sort of US military missile test gone wrong. In a restricted airspace (maybe just an MOA) west of LV over some hills was a very strange spiraling smoke trail with a ending in an obvious post explosion cloud of smoke right around 20,000 ft AGL (guess). It was jjust about sunset. everyone on the strip was just staring at it in awe, I didnt have my camera Frown. However it was not nearly as cool looking as this recent test. Not nearly as perfect looking, and what appears to be a very high altitude.
