I do believe that ground rush the book is now out of print and may be only available through a special order from a book supplier in England. One of my exes bought it for me and she had to pay out the ass to find it...lol. It was an ok book, but I don't know what i did with it.

theres usually a couple of copies for sale on ebay.co.uk.

I actually had luck finding it from the local library a couple years back. They didn't have a copy, but they got it for me from another library in Cleveland or wherever...
