Base Jumping Risk Analysis
I have to do a Risk Analysis for a college class. I don't know if my teacher will let me cover the topic since this is not corporate as all our learning was based on. I would need 20 risks and can only think of 12. Anyone have any suggestions?
1. Pilot chute in tow
2. Detached pilot chute
3. Legal Issues
4. Falling while climbing
5. Off heading Opening
6. Object Strike
7. Falling out of container's harness
8. Canopy attached incorrectly
9. Canopy not opening in time (going with incorrectly sized pc here)
10. Jumping incorrect height objects (too low)
11. On static line jumps, static line breaks prematurely
12. On hand held jumps bridle wrap.

This is due by Friday, so if you have any suggestions let me know. I already have allot of work done on another topic (blackberry in an enterprise environment), but I thought this would be way cooler.
