when i send a request people can not add me, and when i recieve one i can not accept it... is this an issue or am i once again being retarded about something?

I have tested the friend request/accept functions, and they seem to work.

Send me a friend request, and I'll check if I am able to accept. The problem might be account specific.

i dont know but maybe it just doesnt work on my mac... it works fine on my pc...

on a serious note ,the friend thing adds ok for me..

well i know i have no friends, why do you think i keep trying to kill myself by jumping off of things...if only i wasnt afraid of commitment...

cool well thanks for the impute guys, i just know a handfull of people have not been able to accept my request i have not not been able to accept others a few times either.

Just tested it on a mac/safari. Still seems to be working.
Is there any other information that you can provide that might help?

nope no prob, i was using firefox but i am not to worried about it, just wanted to put it out there if it was an issue.

If you look at these two profiles:

I am friends with both in person and on BJ.
On both of their profiles I appear but only
one of them appears on mine.

I only mention this because I noticed it this
morning and remembered this guy's thread.

A while back there was a bug with the friends feature. If you removed someone as a friend, it doesn't remove you from their side. So you will still appear to be on their friend list. It is most likely just a remnant from the time it was fixed. I'll have a look into it.

Error when attempting to accept a friend request.

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /cgi-bin/forum/lists.cgi.

Reason: Document contains no data

This upstream error happens from time to time. We have looked into it before, but couldn't find the source of the problem.
