Literally this place was scarier than any base jump i have ever been on.

I lived her for less than 6 months. They do not do background checks, even though they claim they do. This place is very dangerous. The person below me was a mental patient and the cops came at least twice a week becuase he would call them and claim the feds were after him and spies were in his walls! He would run around banging on doors at night, and climb balconies. The management did nothing. There are no gates. Gang graffiti is on the walls and dumpsters. You will NOT get your deposit back. The owners are attorneys, and trust me, they know how to screw you over and get away with it. Several people had their property confiscated for being two weeks late on rent, with no notice. I lived her in constant fear, and I am a big strong man! Every time I went in the office, they had someone knew. They stopped paying the landscapers and for an entire month the grass was not mowed.
Someone killed my cat. People come through with big trucks and dig through the dumpsters, in the middle of the day. Again, management does nothing.
