I have an old room mate who is South Korean diplomat and I remember meeting several jumpers from Chinese government sponsored jumpers from Beijing back at Bridge Day 2006.

I mean, for god sake, i did a google search on tourism in n. korea, aka, the hermit kingdom, and there exists an agency for this!
