Hey guys and gals,

I've been skydiving at Z. Hills money permitting since summer 2007. I've got my B license and 75 jumps so far and am interested in doing some ground crewing while I'm waiting to graduate later this year and make enough money to get in more jumps and get the proper gear and training to BASE jump as safely as possible.

I would appreciate messages from anyone who would be willing to have me ground crew or observe so that I can learn as much as I can and be on good terms with others in the community before doing it myself.

Have you talked with "Ian The Packer"?

If you want to learn and don't mind driving. You can drive to Fort Myers and don't forget to bring beer. Forrest, what school do you go to?

I've talked to Ian; but, not too much about BASE jumping in particular.

I'm going to USF right now and graduate in December with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. As for Ft Myers, I'd be willing to make the drive some time and provide beer (after the jump I trust :P). I've got school stuff Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and will be gone on a rock climbing trip to Yosemite the 15th through the 21st. Other than those times, I should be able to make it out at some point.

FYI - I plan to visit after the end
of the summer 2 semester which
would be after August 10th.

If things work out I might be able
to scoop Forrest up on the way down.

Some before, some after.
