My fav canopy, rig and fav pants.

Never got used to the jacket with my steep approach, so I used a tighter allweather gore tex jacket instead. I have no experiece with the new jackets, so I can not compare. The pants is still a killer 5 years after the introduction. The jumpers was fighting for trying my proto type pants in Kjerag before the heli boogie.

Sangi is just going to blow his load over all the rigs posted.!

Its part of having 100 BASE jumps. You think you're super experienced, and to prove it you feel a need to diss any "newbie" who has less experience than you.

It's particularly interesting how the more young, eager, and posting all about it you used to be, the harsher you are to the next guy to be you.

It's particularly true if you didn't do a ton of skydiving. You feel a need to prove how special you are in the cyber-BASE world. The guys who got here after doing 3000 skydives have already generally gotten over it before they even started BASE jumping.

Don't worry--if the cycle holds, in three years Sangi will be on here bashing the clueless newbies...

I just figured getting teased and rolling with the punches was part of getting into the sport. I know that is the case with most other sports. If you don't get something the first time, or do something stupid, then you get made fun of so you dont do it again. If you continue to do it, you are going to continue to get made fun of. That's life. I made a mistake once that couple people on this forum will never let me live down, and thats fine with me because it's a constant reminder NOT to do it again. When did everyone get so sensitive?

a 266 would make sense, thet fact that was you main system seemed strange, but the updated one ticks the box.

Were you using that for Practicing your landings for base / or were you an anvil brother or was that also your main skydiving kit??

That's quite a rig arsenal. I also have a Stunts Adventure Equipment Xtreme !!!! and a Perigee 2 with an acid induced color scheme. I'll take a shot of those later. The perigee2 is loaned out as a ground launch rig at the moment so it may take a while.

I also picked up the vintage Vector II which was shown on the right of the photo. It's currently in service again for myself and my lovely woman to stuff our base tarps into for some canopy work. Thanks again for that Tom!
