Yeah maybe with one leg. He looks to have hit the ground before the canopy fully inflated so he had to have hit pretty hard.

You can see that canopy is fully open in the last frames, maybe just not fully pressurized.

And no worries, these guys are tough as nails! Siberian crew, same as Max (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Vcpi8IsXvU). He was also uninjured.

Watch the first guy slide in and then slide sideways; it's a frozen lake. There's not enough snow to break anyone's fall.

Forget about waiting 'till the last second. These guys are trimming their margins down to milliseconds! I agree that they must have been using cheats. I have balls of steel but there's no way in hell I'd pull that low without god mode on

I have seen raw footage from another view, PC hesi. Although very close, he was fine.
