So what do you do.
So your at the exit point on a building. The sun is rising quick and there are 2 cops cars with people pulled over on both sides of the road right in front of the landing area.

There are many variables here, so you can't really say, cause you're generalizing.. What's the shape of B, what are the winds (do they prevent you from jumping from other sides of the B), are you jumping from the roof or through some open window (basically are you limited to a specific exit point), are there any other objects around the B that would prevent you from landing in an alternate landing area etc...

Well Chris, in that situation hopefully I remembered my WWSD wristband, which I can pray with to remotely channel Sangi's guidance and be saved from the dire plight.

Actual cops, stay tight. They should be gone soon unless the people pulled over are in DEEP sh*t. I try and plan for predawn, or night time to jump B's. Jumping at dawn REALLY limits you. There should be adequate light to make most urban landing areas. The only time I planned a dawn city jump there was a pesky security guard IN the landing area. we jumped when he went into the portashitter for more than 2 minutes. Wheich was 830 am! Luckily it was Christmas Day and the city seemed empty, it was a very nice Christmas. Back to point, jump earlier and wait until cops leave.
