i have about 20 base jump from bridge and decide to jump a cliff in Europe , which one is more suitable to start ,, Lauterbrunnen or Kjerag

Kjerag should be a much better choice between the two. But I recommend double checking with Sangi as he is the resident expert on these forums.

kjerag if those are your only two options, brento in italy is a very good option and the weather is more stabile.

Kjerag for sure. I showed up there the first time with only 4 jumps. It is a great place to get your subterminal track dialled in. When I got to the valley I was very happy I didn't go there first.

You can go as well to Italy - Monte Brento.

I can make a short description of both cliffs range.

-LB

You have 2/3 cliffs to jump from. The heights vary from 350m to nearly 500 m. You can't really reach terminal velocity. LB is a beautiful place with short hikes. The landing zones are wide and flat.
The Pros:
. safe landing zones
. short hikes

The cons:
. not overhang on the entire height
. shorter delay compared to Kjerag
. looks easy when you're on the exit point but it's no easy jump
. boogie time all year long

Kjerag

Amazing view on the fjord with rather long freefall.
The standard exit point has an impact at approx 12 sec. If outtrack the ledges you might reach nearly 20 sec and more if tracking device.

the Pros: long delay where you can improve your tracking skills.

the cons:
. It looks like skydive but it's NOT.
Many accidents have occurred with people who didn't get stable at all and impact the granit in freefall.
. tricky landing zone compared to LB but made of grass (depend your accuracy landing skills)
. weather conditions

You might consider going to Italy terminal wall. It's high, more overhang, and a cool landing zone.
Some cons are tricky wind conditions due to the lake nearby.
It's not overhang on the entire altitude. Big ledges are waiting for you in the bottom.
and a long canopy flight where you could misjudge your distance to the landing zone and end up in a big pine tree.
