Yes, it runs, but driving cross country
would be a little sketchy because the
speedometer & gas gauge don't work.

I have owned it for 10+ years, got in
NC for $350 and have about $3,000+
into the vehicle over the years.

Original motor, 225 cubic inch slant 6,
and transmission but almost all of the
other components have been replaced.

I have a '92 Volvo wagon with 303,000 mi on it. How soon do you need it? It shows its age every now and then, but it's pretty reliable and very safe.

If you can wait till June, I'll even drive it out to you.

Yes, a 92 volvo would be more reliable
but the 73 classic is pimp-tastic and
much more likely to get you laid.

I have an extra '94 Cadillac Fleetwood, new tranny, has somthing like 160k maybe, I forget. Runs well, newish tires, but I'd need the stereo out of it.

I would trust it in a cross-country trip, and it'd get around 22mpg highway. It's a bit ugly with some trim missing.

Why is it that BASE Jumpers tend to have old hoopties... or nice trucks. There doesn't seem to be a lot in the middle...

Up until recently I did too, then i sold the old truck. Wish i had sold the new one in retrospect. The older one was much more base friendly.
