People that treat BJ like a BLOG vs those that use it for innformation only

There are those that post a lot, and there are those that only use the website for Information.

What do you think is better and why?

Personally, I like to "chit-chat" and BS, but I also like the sharing of knowledge... So I am on the fence but if I had to chose I like the personality of sharing and dont mind using the site as a form of a chat board/IM messenger.
