How do the chinese like bandit jumps anyhow?

Bandit jumps on High profile buildings is/was a fine 5 000 RMB and blacklisted which will say you can not come back in any near future. Stay away from office, bank, tele, TV buildings if you dont want any trouble. Anything else is useally fine with low profile jumps.

blacklisted. just curious if you are referring to being banned from the entire province, country or just that particular object, city, etc?

I believe China have much to offer basejumping in the future with organized events. If you want to be part in some of those, stay away from high profile buildings where the risk is high to be caught. There is also many big walls to be discovered as well with easy access.

Would the numerous nameless apartment buildings classify as low profile?

If you jump them low profile. It is more about the security level on the building.
