I would say the safest object ever is a mid-level (400-600') bridge over wide deep water and a huge level landing area in the summer mid-latitude daylight hours.
why a building? well, pros-
1-harder to get hung up on from the usual smooth surfaces
2-usually immediate medical assistance can be given/no rescue
3-usual large long landing areas.
