Brento Logistics
I'm going to be jumping Brento from June 1-12, and will be traveling alone. Starting June 13, I meet up with 3 American friends in Zurich and we tour/jump the Alps-loop together until June 28.

One of the other guys is organizing the June 13-28 leg, so I'm covered there. But for June 1-12, I'm on my own and thought to post here for advice since I've never been there.

I'll have a rental car during this time. My hope is to run into other jumpers and team up to have 2 cars.

What about lodging? Should I try to find a place to stay (hostel?) in Riva del Garda? Or is the actual landing area in a different location and Riva del Garda is just the biggest town/city nearby (if so, how far)?

Depending on the price/availability of lodging, is there any place I can camp if I have to?

Any info on the logistics of jumping (and staying near) Brento would be much appreciated. Also, if anyone will be there June 1-12, let me know.

Thanks,

Brian

you can stay at pizzeria guiata for 30 euros a night at:

via degasperi 5
pietramurata, italy
+39 04 64507330

they speak limited english but their daughters speak english and hot. go to bar zebrata in the LZ which is 5 km south of the above hotel to meet jumpers . the above hotel is nice for 30 euros and jumper friendly,, my friend olivier might be out there during your trip' adventure but no dates yet.

Re: [sinjin] Brento Logistics
so camping in the LZ is acceptable? I'm planning on making a trip out there around the same time, but probably a little later (around 14 or 16 June) and will be trying to save as much money as possible. is a rental car a necessity or can you just take the bus to Arco and hump it/hitchhike wherever you need to go?
