Fly the line 2
I got my copy yesterday and of course had to watch the DVD imediatly...

After Fly the line 1 I did not think this can be toped.
But it’s possible! Fly the line 2 takes the terrain flying a step further. Breathtaking jumps in terms of flying so close you can almost see the ants on the rocks and also breathtaking from the scenery. There are lots of jumps that no one has seen (or jumped) before.

Watching this DVD made me realize that this discipline of BASE Jumping actually only has the Exit in common with the conventional BASE Jumping. Here the focus clearly is the flying the body(in a very extreme way). BASE is just the tool that allows them to do this extreme stuff.

Also very nice editing. And the 3-D Phoenix Fly symbol at the beginning is first class Hollywood Wink

Nick DG, please also buy a copy and find out why the “Euroboys” prefer to focus on the jumping (or flying) more then on sneaking around at night, doing a 2 second slider down jump and running from the police… Nothing against that but most of us prefer something else Smile

Re: [Mikki_ZH] Fly the line 2
Speaking for the underpriviledged mid American redneck, ground rush from few seconds off a low building, bridge, or antennae is all we got. So last night while chomping down some beef jerky, and slamming an Ale -8 soft drink after a slider off jump from 450 on an urban antennae, you were a cheese eater repacking for terminal wall. We make do for the terrain we have brother...Cheers
p.s. I do love the terrain flying video and envy it, but it's not meant to be for me in this lifetime.

I just watched my copy of Fly The Line 2 and it is a beautiful and inspiring video. Some amazing flying and some great camera angles.
It totally made me want to just concentrate on wingsuit flying as it seems it has become a sport in itself. It is well edited with a great soundtrack, and again it shows why phoenix fly have the best wingsuits on the market these days. Some of the exits seemed pretty full on but its definately something to work towards.
great video guys, well done.

Last time I checked, there weren't 2000 - 5000' (600 - 1500 m) LEGAL cliffs here in the States. Besides, sometimes it's fun to be sneaky.Smile

 hey mikki,

i've seen squirrels fly in a similar fashion without parachutes. how EXTREME would you consider them to be? really, how hard could it be after a couple hundred jumps off the same cliff? please don't pick on us poor americans who are forced to run from the cops after slider down jumps.

OK, my dear friends from orver the big pond, my comment was not ment to be disrespectful to all the urban night ninjas, I was only refering to Nick DG comment in this thread:
Bullshit
I respect your way of jumping and belive me, I'm 5 times more scared standing on top of an antenna in the wind then on a nice exit in the Alps...
And I put a smily on the end of my comment, this allows me to write this kind of things without giving you the right to get upset... And here is another one...SmileWinkSmile

I bet most jumpers in the US would actually prefer "something else" as well. the sad truth is, to jump, most of us must become "night ninjas." there really are only limited options available for many jumpers.

I'm sure many in Europe feel they have limited choices as well.

of course acting as a "night ninja" lets the public think that BASE only happens elsewhere. no one does that sort of stuff in THEIR community! (unfortunately, publicity by some, including sponsored jumper wannabees, has made it more difficult for "night ninja" jumping.)

personally, I'd love to live near a big cliff that welcomes jumpers. other priorities mean I currently live where there are no cliffs... Unsure

I just watched fly the line 2 (again) and its simply amazing. the entire video is a rush, if you sit close enough to your screen you actually can pretend you are flying yourself. Recommend it for everyone who loves wingsuit flying, BASE jumping and the outdoors in general, since it combines the beauty of the sport, the beauty of nature and the beauty of human ingenuity!!

Fly the line 2: Limboflying
Proxyflying is soooo last year. FTL2 sets the bar real low for Limboflying.

The film is a true inspiration when it comes to technical lines and controlled flight. The precision in contouring the terrain, altering glideratios according to the lines and visualizing the flights with smoke, exciting shooting angles and twoways, sets the standard for presenting wingsuitflying in a spectacular way. Also the array of different jumps and excellent terrain keeps the jaw dropped through the whole session. Thank you guys!

I remember watching the snowboard gurus ripping deep pow on the mountain sides of Alaska before an upcomming season. For the first time since, I got that same sensation. I wanna do what they do! I'm gonna do what they do!

Bigwall season is upon usSmile

Hi Leroy,

Morpheus should have received the new batch of NTSC DVDs yesterday/today, and will be shipping them to costumers directly.

Sadly there was a burn error made by the company handling the duplication, which caused the intial batch of NTSC DVDs to not work properly.

Heyhey,

Just a quick shout.
Morpheus received the package of NTSC DVDs (finaly cleared customs) and is shipping them out to all US costumers today (26th of May).

So everyone should have a nice package in their mailbox this wednesday/thursday!

Hope you all enjoy the DVD and it was worth the long wait!
Again, my appologies for the technical issues that caused the delay!
