Anyone staying in Tonsai at the moment? I'm in Krabi with my wife (but without the rig!) and plan to take a trip to Tonsai to see what all jumpers are talking about

Maybe if you jump when its high tide you wont need a rig.

I turned down the jump several years ago when I heard it involves climbing. I'm scared of climbing...

It is a beautiful cliff. I tried to jump it when I was there, but the weather was not cooperating.

I'm going to be over there 01 Apr. You around then?

And it was appreciated. I'm keen to keep an eye out for that landing area you were talking about for 123 wall.

Although if it's not high profile enough to make me look like a twat on prime time tv then what's the point...

I guess no BASE jumper currently at Tonsai saw my question, or maybe didn't care to answer. At least I have now seen the beach and the cliff at a distance... from a boat... as a real tourist. *HIGHFIVE!*
