if anyone has any information that may help us along our way it would be very welcomed! thank you

O.K Here is a bit of info that may help. Don't waste your time on a niche sport like BASE jumping. There will never be enough money in it to make it anything more than a gigantic head ache and in the end, it will only be a huge waste of your time and money. You have been warned. Then again, I"m speaking from experience so, what do I know?
Oh yea one more thing, good luck

we are focusing on all canopy sports as of now, we were focusing on all adventure sports before, but the focus point was to broad and we were having a difficult time looking for an entry point and product... this focus offers us the ability to pin point a group of sports, that while not many do them, are very marketable to the same demographic, so as our success grows in this field we will then expand to the other sports that we initially wanted to address. its also everyone who is involved highest interest and skill set, so i feel we will have the most influence in this category. i personally am fresh to these sports but love them a great deal, but the others in our company live these sports and have for a long time!

thanks again and if you have experience here i would love to hear the ups and downs you had and what you did, tried and would have liked to have done had you gone farther with it!

Re: [Treejumps] riggs
lol very nicely put, but if you look at my other post i AM just getting into the beautiful world of canopy sports, my entire group of support/employees are however heavily involved in these sports. i take no offense because as you have shown it grabs more attention by being a little off... but i would love to involve you if you do have the capacity to create the product we are looking for. what i have in mind is what my art director has in his mind... i do PR and marketing, he creates... we have talked with a few people who do a lot of work in the industry and i feel base is a good entry point because it does not have the legal issues sky diving has. i have nothing to do with construction or development for the gear, it comes from people WITH actual experience. and on the other hand i do not have a large SUM of monies but i do have a crew with a larg sum of experience and passion. please do not be critical with me because i do not know everything in the industry but i promise i do love the sports and i am surounded by people heavily involved!

thanks for your impute and i look forward to hearing from you.

Blake and everyone else at CONFLO!

ps... rigs and riggs is a single mistype away... Crazy

Re: [gixxer1k] riggs
how has pr and marketing anything to do with recruiting people to teach your very experienced and skilled employees some basic skills?
why does your R&d team even need this?
what have you been doing before?
do you have a portfolio of some sort?
website?
anything?
