Nice little write up Itchy! I think that describes Hank surprisingly well.

A very minor addition/comment; from the article " . . . and admits “Dr. Thrill” forced him into BASE . . . " Technically, Hank got me into skydiving SO THAT I could get him into base jumping.

Hank is awesome. were it not for him, I would not have been able to get into rope jumping like i was able to.

I could have taught you how to jump rope. Shoot - I was on the jump rope team in elementary school!

hank has the rhythm though, I doubt you could clap like he can. down to try though.

I don't understand why everyone is getting all wet over this washed up old guy. You all are running around sucking his dick like he's some god. The guy can't even get hard without Viagra for crying out loud. I mean come on he jumps velcro. Really, velcro. Whats that all about any way? Whats next are you going to regress to wearing spandex? just to let people know, Cynthia is curious about BASE and enjoys writing. with the recent demise in Skydiving Mag, I thought it would be cool to do something. an interview seemed like a good way for her to learn. I had imagined this being an "interview the BASE community would like to see." (as opposed to the typical media adrenalin feak angle.)

TLN: I enjoyed reading your advertisement story about Hank. It was well written, informative, and interesting in a "skip over the juicy stuff" kind of way.
I was however, disappointed to get to the end of the article without reading a single line about any of the following:

1. The time he was on the cover of Rock n Ice magazine

2. His interesting base rigs

3. The time he was on the cover of Rock n Ice magazine

4. Of course the section he had in the "Continuum II" movie (how could you forget THAT?)

5.The time he was on the cover of Rock n Ice magazine

6. The story about how he relates each of his favorite sexual positions with his favorite exit points

7. The time he was on the cover of Rock n Ice magazine

8. How many seconds for that hand held slider up delay?

9. Bridge Day...which story? take your pick!

And finally, what is an article about Hanky with out the picture of his cock that he carries in his wallet?

And some journalistic advice: You should have pushed him more about his fear of Monkeys. I don't have time to go into the story that I heard in detail, but let's just say there was an industrial sized tub of crisco, some jumper cables, and an assless banana suit involved...

Good idea about interviewing his friends to check for facts...

Hank is my favorite character in the film.

I'll second that. I was in an uncontrollable fit of laughter when I saw an animated newspaper cutout of Hank's bloody mugshot attached to a cartoony stick figure crashing into the building. The whole video was excellent.
