Sure, the record for an experienced high diver might be 177ft, implying that lower dives are probably done more frequently.
I'd be interested to know if there's a "no man's land" range of altitude for a normal person where it's too low for a parachute and too high for a regular jump. If not, and the two types of jump overlap, then the "lowest freefall into water" doesn't really exist.
I did a 90 foot jump from a cliff into water, sans parachute. What's the highest any of us jumpers have jumped into water without a parachute? And what's the lowest with parachute?
Would you jump from a 125 foot cliff without a parachute? If so, then why not try it with a parachute?
