What about behavioral? Have you had any problems with anger? (Temporal lobe)

Anyone talk about a SPECT scan for ya? They are a lot more informative for head injuries. MRI is kinda limited.

Yes, I was told I may have temper issues, and I did while I was healing. I think they have mostly subsided now. at one point (up to 6 months after injury) I could get mad enough to break things out of anger, but it has been years now since i had a problem with that.

I have now had 18 months of Neurological, psychiatric, neuropsychiatric, intelligence tests for purpose of becing a re-certified commercial pilot. at the time of my accident I was working as a commercial pilot, I really want to get back into it.

Its fairly interesting, the neuropsych tests I have had to take. anything from 600 question multiple choice personality exams to gyroscopic control blindfolded to test inner ear connections to brain. (the things you see astronauts being trained in)
of all the tests, I am average or above for a person my age with college education. one of the things my neuropsychologist wrote on a report for me, not for the FAA was 'though patient is above average in all psychological battery exams, he cannot spell for shit"

never could spell.
