I heard Felix already claimed it. New world record. He did it illegally with a camera crew and barely got away in the Red Bull heli.

Seems like the first 3 URL's are about the same statue in Camboriú, Brazil.

For what it is worth, there are heaps of Christ statues. A big one in Lisbon and another big one in Cochabamba (Bolivia). Also one in Santa Cruz (Bolivia again). Lisbon and Rio have been jumped, not sure about the Bolivian ones. Félix?

I just happen to be in Bolivia with my BASE rig on a bit of a trip. Haven´t seen the one in Santa Cruz yet, but saw the one in Cochabamba and found out it is slightly taller than the one in Rio. Don´t know if I can get to the top though. Anyone know any Bolivian Jumpers?
