Agreed. Brandon makes some nice shit. I jumped with him for a while in twin, his gear is bomber and well made. he also makes some pretty wicked PCs. totally recommended.

I'm curious. Can you elaborate on what makes this container outstanding versus any of the other manufacturers. Is there anything that this conatiner has that none of the other manufacturers have on theirs?

I will say that I actually like how the name of the container is one this particular one. Looks good.

For one, he makes them out of parapack (option), which while not as tough as cordura, cuts down the weight and causes the rig to fit better right off the bat. Cordura takes a little mileage before it's broken in just right.

The design is not significantly different, but the materials and construction are top notch.

And Brandon's a cool fucker...which doesn't hurt.

His rigs are built tough and are all over Vegas (I think that Karnowski character has got one too)...I'm one of the few locals who does not have a Badseed rig (but that's just because I'm a cheap ass and buy everything used). When I buy new, it will be a Badseed. I do have a few of his PC's and they are very nice.

His FJC is good too....it's how I got started in this crazy game.

I love badseed containers, pilot chute, manufacturer... my only beef with the man... (see the attached picture)

the Helium is also made out of ParaPack Fabric as Standard from Morpheus Tech..... what is the coolest thing about the bad seed container?

what makes the badseed the best in my mind...besides the fact every stitch on it is perfect, the extra padding he offers on the leg strap's. shoulders and back, the design is out fucking standing, i have been skydiving for 12 years and managing a DZ for 4 and i have seen alot of rigs and met alot of riggers theres nothing on the market today built any better. besides all of that it the man (Brandon) he is one hell of a guy called me personally to ask if i was happy and if anything needed changed he is one cool M/F Thanks dude you have all my business.

I think many of you are confusing a really cool and competent dude/rigger/jumper with being the best. Morpheus/Asylum/Apex and many others are quite competent and cool too, and I doubt many will call their stitching not perfect. They will also offer you parapack for the material and extra padding if you are willing to pay for it. Am I calling Badseed out ? Hell no, the work I have seen from him has been top notch. But I see no basis for people to say that "he's the best". Can anybody actually say that they tried all the other products out and they are all inferior in some way ?

Not to take anything away from Brandon or his products, I've never met the guy nor seen any of his rigs. Might be that they are worth every compliment that has been said here. But just a small suggestion, if he ever wants to sell anything to other people than his close friends (maybe he doesen't ?) maybe try to put a photo or two about his products to his webpage? I would never ever consider buying a rig I haven't seen and I'm pretty sure people are interested on seeing the design they might consider as an option when looking for a new rig. Look for example at morpheus's webpage, nice closeup shots on all of the different flaps and design features.

Just my thoughts...

I have great respect for all manufactures. The whole deal of building a rig is a tedious, pain in the ass mind fuck. Brandons rigs aren't any better than anyone elses'. What is different and refreshing to me is his young ambition. I like custom shit. I have had to fight tooth and nail to get some minor mods done to my gear with other manufactures because my techniques are away from the norm. Brandon seems to be happy to accommodate special requests no matter how crazy they are. I saw his cut away rig with a second set of 3 rings so you can get rid of both canopys and was blown away!

Also, I had been looking for someone to convert my old Stunts Adventure into a pin rig. Brandon was happy to do it and it turned out flawless! He also did a velcro to pin conversion for my buddy that was outstanding. These types of mods have to be a pain in the ass to make them look as good as they do. I truly appreciate what he is doing for the base community.

Also wanted to mention his turn around time was fast.
