You'd have to starve yourself, instead.
Getting heavier = higher wingloading = higher stall point
Getting lighter = lower wingloading = lower stall point
Excessive Turkey consumption would result in more forward speed at opening. So if you had a wall strike, you can blame it on the turkey. But not a stall.
