What are some of the lower jumps being made off buildings? (safely)

I have one from 176 feet, off of a 21st floor balcony, onto a popular Atlantic coast beach.

Static line, 139 feet with an almost 90 degree turn to land and a large (50 feet?) palm tree directly under the exit.
15 floors, off the pool deck/roof.
Dumb. Probably won't do it again... I think.

Re: [Ten48] low buildings
I freefall a 240ft. building.
I SL a 205ft. building.
Nothing really special about either.

SL 165ft. 7 second canopy ride. The guys who jumped it a few years earlier thought it was 190. it took me a few years to man up to do it.

180' PCA onto a one-way street about 2 weeks ago... no problems at all. 3 of us did it and 2 PCA'd and one SL as last one off. No incidents at all.

212' Freefall building to a 5 lane street.
160' SL to street below, open landing if you got super quick canopy skillz.

Re: [kcollier] low buildings
I static lined a 240ft building.
To sleep at night i tell myself that an off heading when freefalling it would have put me in security's lap. I try to scrub the failure away but they dont make sponges thick enough.
To be fair the exit point is right above the rent a pigs car.

Keep in mind, you can always
go-stowed & throw a gainer
from 240'
some other time
if you are still alive
.
240 is still low for a solid object.
