what is that

While getting my Bachelor's degree
I lived with a C4-C5 quadraplegic;
cool guy, lawyer, liked to party.

In exchange for picking him from
work, cooking dinner, paying bills,
helping him exercise/stretch, and
so on I got free room and board.

Gordon and I have been friends
since 1993, taken many road trips,
bahamas cruise, he has watched
me skydive, attended my college
graduations, my wedding, and
visited me in the hospital.

Working for him back then was at
times one of the hardest jobs I
had but also the most rewarding!

Man.... my list is kinda boring...

my whole adult life I specialized in being a jewbag bastard.
In other words I have always been selling something. And before that I was being yelled at by irate customers (tech support).

all through the school of hard knocks.

Unfortunately no, we had talked about it
and both of us were excited about it but
he is 31 years post injury and hence his
bones are real brittle.

Example - he had a muscle spasm which
caused him to run his electric chair into a
wall breaking the head of his humorous.

...nothing funny about that at all.

That is sad. There are precautions you can take. I have taken numerous pairs and tri's and one of my students had als. I know one of my students had been in a chair since he was a young teen and made his first jump in his late thirty's. I know blah blah blah. It's good you share things with him.

Favorite so far was the Shop manager, just couldnt handle the hours/people for anylonger
