In May of 2006 when I was in your

It definitely looked sketchy!!

Apparently it is a really cleverly designed suicide attempt coupled with a huge need for public attention. Umm, sort of like trying to land a wingsuit. The bet part is that he is doing it here in twin so we get to watch live.
Fixed it for ya.

i dont see why his idea couldnt work out just fine. stunt drivers take more g's in worse crashes and walk away just fine.

these types of personalities are why we've been to space, split the atom, or jumped from fixed objects. cuz someone dared to dream and had the drive and inspiration to follow through with their idea despite the masses who called them crazy or suicidal.

i guess the biggest question i have, is WHY?
I mean, it'd be super neat-o if it could enter the water, and then turn into a submarine, but simply ramming one's self into a body of water?? Hmmm Hell, if he wanted that, he should stick to pond swooping! Laugh

The ground rush could be better than BASE jumping and more engineering work is needed to survive the endeavor. Sounds like fun.

seeing how much effort he put into spell checking his web page, i'm sure he worked out all of the logistical problems as well as thought of every worse case scenario there could possibly be. GO FOR IT BRO!

well, he didn't sound that keen himself. at least not until the consultant in AZ said he could make millions... that could motivate many!

why do we do half the shit we do?

im guessing he's somewhere between personal accomplishment and money/recognition desires.

granted he does seem a little nascar'y but hopfully he knows what he's doing better than his grammer.

In reply to:
A business out of Phoenix, Arizona performed an analysis of the potential income of this stunt in combination with the Maximus persona incorporated with modern products and advertising sales. Their conclusion changed things forever and will alter many peoples perceptions of reality. An astonishing 20 - 200 million $ in the first 1st year after the world record ocurred was the figure in which convinced Brad Lewis to become Maximus WillHammer and take a journey unlike any other!

I have a hard time believing he is going to make even one million dollars by being dropped into some lakes in a torpedo. Crazy I'm thinking he just made up some broad random figures, or maybe his cousin who owns a business in Phoenix said something like, "hey man I bet you could make a bunch of money, like 20 or 200 million."
