did you blow? if not, you've got a good fighting chance. if you did, get your lawyer to attack every inch of that process. for instance...when was it calibrated?, when and who certified the officer to operate said machine?, how long after they arrested you did they administer the test?...any one of those can get the results thrown out. get your b.a.c. thrown out and you're about home free. i've been involved in a couple that it worked in.

can't help as far as which lawyer to use. good luck bro. most everyone does or has driven drunk. some get caught; you're one of the unlucky ones.

Yes. There's TF taxi and now there is another company. They don't look like regular taxis. TF taxi used to charge $20 one-way anywhere you went in town. Pretty steep.

Not as steep as the hole you have just dug for yourself.
Or you getting killed in such an unexciting way.

Funny thing cuz right after Andrew was pinched I called the Sheriff's office and invoked his right to abstain from the brethalyzer before he blew as I know everyone feels pressured and just wants to go home. However, he still blew but it is documented that an attorney (or imposter) did in fact call and invoke so a good attorney could argue that it didn't happen or go the other way depending on how the case could play out.

Andrew, sorry I couldn't be there to carry you home. Cause you know I would have done it.

Good luck fighting the IMC. (a.k.a. The Man).

Hey dude...did you do what I told you and contact the public pretender? As the on call for us said, he'll probably know the most advantageous and even cheapest atty for you. Let me know.
