1400 foot vertical with another X feet of slope after? What are the odds of sponsoring a wingsuit gondola boogie? Probably not until after 2010 though.

Or maybey it could be open to BASE jumpers year round. why not, it could only increase the number of tourists. They could hire a BASE jumper who is well connected in the BASE jumping community to make sure anyone who wants to jump the gondula is an experienced jumper to cut down on liability. Said Base jumper would ofcourse recieve excellent compensation, medical benifits, lodging, and free gondula jumps.

I think its been dreamt about for a while by a lot of people, but now it seems to be on the verge of up and running. I think ill be around vancouver when it first starts running. Anyone familiar with the landing area?

i can see it from the back balcony of my treehouse.i guess the landing area would be my backyard.
