what would you call this person
Soo.. over the course of last 13 months a particular individual kept "buying" things from me . A phone call/email - A commitment. a promise to send money. And then nothing. no returned calls, no explanations. A few months later same thing, and again - a promise to send money, and then silence. 4 times total over about 13 months.

What would you call such a person ?

Living paycheck to paycheck and embarrassed to tell you. Really wants the goods, then reality sets in.

I assume you have sent them nothing.

Unfortunately over on dz.com I have had
similiar headaches from similiar douchebags!

They email you with 20 questions, asking
for photos, DOM, etc. Promising to PayPal
you and then... nothing, occasionally I've
heard, "Oh I could not figure out Paypal".
