Can't accept friend request

I tried to accept a friend request and I got a proxy error:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /cgi-bin/forum/lists.cgi.

Reason: Document contains no data

I went ahead and put a ticket in for this, but the developers were unable to re-create the problem. Can you give me any more info? Is the problem still occurring?

I suppose that might explain why the problem was temporary. Crap, I was hoping to solve a problem nice and early in my tenure here. Turns out there's not even a problem. Oh well. Keep this thread posted if it happens again, willya?
